Please note logging is designed for recording your max lifts at low, mid and high rep ranges. Right now we don't have weight logging on Circuits, HiiT and Tabata workouts.

Tap the Weight icon to start logging your weights. 

  1. The reps, lbs and kg fields are all editable. We automatically populate the sets with your first entry to save you some time but you can of course manually change them if you need to.
  2. Go to Progress > Weight Log to view your log. 
  3. You can see what you last lifted for each exercise during a workout by tapping the weight log icon then hit the View Exercise History button.

This is just the start for the Gym Plan logging feature. We're collecting your feedback to make it even better in future updates.
