They pick one that broadly matches their goals, knowing that they can make any micro changes as they go. We don't want you to waste time thinking. Just doing. We have the biggest library of exercises, with 900 you can try. This might sound crazy but once you factor in all the machines and free-weights in fully kitted out commercial gyms you'll be glad you have them.
You can complete control - if you need it.
You have complete control to modify your workouts if that is something you want to do. You don't have to, what you get is all you need. However, as you become more experienced (that'll happen faster than you think) you will start to discover the exercises you connect with best. You will want to give these exercises preference over others. Everyone is different, there is no single best exercise for everyone. It's often a journey of discovery and practice.

The types of training you'll do
πͺ Single sets - A single exercise with a defined number or repetitions.
πͺ Supersets - Two exercises performed back-to-back. Bit tougher but boy do they deliver!
πͺ Trisets - Three exercises performed back-to-back. Often performed with lighter weights these are killers but so rewarding.
πͺ Timed Circuits - Heart pumping weight training performed for time not reps.
πͺ Max Rounds - A staff favourite. It's you against the clock. You really haven't lived until you feel the endorphins from this kind of fitness challenge.
πͺ HIIT - Fast and effective. Far from easy when done right but that is the wonderful thing about HIIT training, you give it 100%. No matter how fit you are max effort is universal.
