Protein Guidelines.

Type of Training             Amount of Protein g/kg

Sedentary                         1.2kg

Endurance                        1.5kg

Strength/Muscle             1.8kg

             Example:   A male doing 4 weights sessions a week.

            1.8g protein per kilo of bodyweight

            Bodyweight = 92kg

            92 x1.8 =  165.6g   of Protein daily
