Workouts are divided into stages.
It's best to follow the order we give you, however you can jump ahead to a different stage if you need to wait for equipment in your gym.
To track your workout, check off the sets you have completed by tapping on the ticks of each stage.
When you mark a set or round as completed we will start the rest timer so you know when to go again.
To fully complete a workout check off all the sets and rounds shown in each stage then tap the Continue button at the bottom. This will log the workout as completed and save any weight logs you've entered.
If you can not finish your workout (for whatever reason) you can still log what you have done. Tap Finish Now and choose to log only the sets you've completed.
