If your gym doesn’t have certain machines or equipment the app will give you recommended alternatives. 

During your workout tap on the 3 dots next to parts of your workout you want to edit. You will see a list of options:

Open my log
This shows you the weight lifted log entry screen.

Make Changes
This opens the edit screen where you can change the number of sets, amount of reps and weight you're going to lift. You can also change an exercise for a recommended alternative or something completely different.

This deletes the entire stage from your workout. Please note this cannot be undone.
