This is not a 'cheat meal'

If you reach a low point of dieting and feel the need to structure in a refeed, then do it! However, this doesn’t mean eat junk every week and post a picture on Instagram #refeed.

What we do ask, is that if you structure in this refeed, you do it ON TOP of the meals you are supposed to be eating as well.

Eat all your food and if you structure in a refeed, make sure it is extra instead of replacing one of your nutritious meals.
