What you need during a workout

Peri or Intra Workout is the phase that literally encompasses what you consume while you workout. Now obviously we don’t expect you to be eating a meal while you’re smashing reps on the leg press, so supplementation plays a big role.

We recommend a good BCAA Supplement and an intra workout carbohydrate source (these are both explained in the supplement section) in order to; not only fuel the cells, but also to hydrate the body and achieve optimal performance.
