Your Home Screen is where you keep your active plans. These are plans that you're actually doing, and working through. Most people will follow one plan at a time but we do allow you to add more.
If you add a lot of plans to your Home Screen the app will begin to slow down. The reason being we're pulling in a lot of exercises and workouts when you load that part of the app. Meaning that it loads quicker for you when you decide to start your next workout.
To speed up your app please delete any unwanted plans from your Home Screen by tapping the OPTIONS button, then DELETE. Don't worry any completed workouts are not removed from your history.
The same is true for plans you have archived. You can delete them by tapping OPTIONS, then MY ARCHIVE, then tapping red minus button to the left of the plan you want to remove.
