How to lose fat from different areas

Sad news... unfortunately you can not spot reduce fat by simply training that area. 

The best way to drop fat levels is to get good a balanced amount of training and to dial your diet in.  Your body will eventually thank you for your efforts and burn it from the areas you want it off. 

You can target certain areas with your workout to help tone the muscle underneath, but dropping the fat on top will come from consistency and good diet.
