Once you've created a personalized plan the best way to change the time of your workouts is to empty your queue and create a new plan

Our workouts aren't computer generated, they're specifically designed by personal trainers. The flow and programming of a 30 minute workout in comparison to a 60 minute one will be very different. It's not just a case of reducing sets and reps.

We've made this easy for you! Don't complete a workout that day and it will be automatically shown on your weekly progress as a rest day.

  1. Go to the Search tab.
  2. Tap Browse All.
  3. Choose My Favorites.
  4. Tap the Add to queue button from the workout you want.

  3. Choose Full Plans.
  4. Answer the questions.
  5. Tap to view the plan from the search results.
  6. Tap the BIG yellow 'Add to Queue' button.
