The workouts are split into stages.

We recommend you follow the preset order of the workout however you can to move to a different stage anytime if you need to wait for equipment in your gym.

To complete a workout you check off the sets you have completed by tapping on the ticks of each stage.

If you do not want to use the built in rest timer you can turn it off under Options.

To fully complete a workout check off all sets and rounds in each stage at tap the Continue button at the bottom of the workout.

In Version 6.0.0 you can now part complete a workout if you run out of time to energy and still log everything you have done. Simply check off the sets you have completed then scroll to the bottom of the workout and tap Finish Now.
