UPDATE: Please update your app to fix this issues (version 8.0.2)

Apologies if the app is loading in the Home Screen very slowly or not at all. Along with other elements such as recommended alternative exercises not loading in.

We have received reports over the last few days and are team are working on it. There is not an obvious cause of the issue so far but rest assured we'll remedy the problem.

If you experience these issues we'd love to hear from you so we can understand the extent to which it's occurring, as not all users are effected!

Please bear with us it's the top priority and apologies for the trouble!
