Steps to delete your account if you still have the app installed.
Make sure you do not have a paid or active trial membership. Go to your Apple Subscriptions to cancel.
Go to your Account in the app (top right icon on the Home Screen) scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose Delete my account.

If you want to completely remove your account and you have deleted the app please email [ delete-my-account @ gymplanapp.com ] , including the email address you used to create your account. We will remove you from the system within 24 hours.
Without your email address we can't identify your account to delete it. You may not have entered any contact information (email address) to create your free account. In this case simply delete the app.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not automatically charge you anything unless you specifically choose to buy a membership or activate a trial that you do not cancel before the renewal.
You would only have a paid membership if you authorised payment to be taken via your Apple account. Downloading and creating an account on the Gym Plan app is free.
